Three record-class attractions on one Kathmandu hillside — built to make YOYO Nepal’s must-visit adventure destination.
The Brief
YOYO wanted attractions no competitor could match — records, not just rides.
Engineering Decisions
A 370 m sky cycle — the world’s largest — demands cable tension and deflection control far beyond standard spans, keeping the line rideable across its full length. The 1,200 m zipline, OXO’s longest single line, was profiled for Himalayan valley wind conditions with braking matched to its speed class. A giant swing sweeping a 200 m arc — among Asia’s biggest — completes the record set.
Outcome
Three headline attractions that anchor OXO’s Nepal portfolio of seven projects, and the proof point behind the world’s-largest sky cycle claim across the OXO site. Built for the adventure park sector.
