The Brief
Maira Resort wanted guest engagement that directly increases revenue per visitor — a full adventure zone, delivered before season opening on a fixed deadline.
Engineering Decisions
Parallel fabrication and civil works compressed an entire park into 3 months. A premium multi-activity tower stacks zipline, sky cycle and quick jump on one foundation; a roller coaster zipline and auto-retrieval zip surfing — which cuts operator effort per ride — carry the thrill tier; a natural-finish climbing wall, giant swing, multi-floor ropes course and kids obstacle course complete the family mix.
Outcome
Among the largest in-resort adventure parks in India and OXO’s strongest speed-of-execution proof — the reference project for resorts in Chhattisgarh and beyond.
