The Brief
The Choudhary Group’s first adventure park demanded a single partner able to carry design, architectural services, engineering, material supply and technical installation on a contour-heavy Kathmandu hillside.
Engineering Decisions
The terrain drove the layout: a multi-activity tower stacks nine activities — zipline, zip surfing, sky cycling, climbing wall, quick jump, ropes course, giant swing, human gyro and 360 cycle — to minimise earthworks, while architectural planning integrated the park into the contours rather than flattening them.
Outcome
OXO’s widest single scope to date: proof of full-stack capability from architecture and planning to operational handover, for the most demanding client class in Nepal.
