Transforming Industrial Land into a Destination Experience
Adani Ports entrusted Oxo Planet with the vision to transform a portion of their Mundra facility into a high-end family adventure and leisure zone. The result is one of the most premium adventure setups on India’s western coast, featuring two flagship attractions introduced by Oxo for the first time—Outdoor LaserTag and a Fun Net Play Area for children. These unique additions blend thrill, strategy, and family engagement, catering to a wide demographic from port visitors to employee families and tourists.
Beyond the core activities, Oxo delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution—right from master planning to execution. This included design and layout of adventure passages, installation of electrical systems, softscape and hardscape landscaping, pathways, fencing, and a fully equipped ticketing counter. The setup demonstrates how adventure infrastructure can be used to add value to commercial and industrial properties, turning underutilized land into vibrant community spaces.
